necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to distribute this content via the ORE.FM platform.
I understand and agree that:

- I assume full legal responsibility for any claims, disputes, or legal actions that may
arise from my uploaded content. - I will not upload any material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other
intellectual property rights of any third party. - ORE.FM does not endorse, or verify ownership of user-submitted content and acts
solely as a platform provider. - I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ORE.FM, its owners, affiliates, and
service providers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses
that may result from my uploaded content. - By uploading any music or artwork to ORE.FM, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use your content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the platform.”
