1. Your Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for all activity under your account, including content you upload, interact with, or purchase.
2. Account Types
ORE.FM offers free and premium accounts, with optional microtransactions for features such as skips, favorites, and song uploads.
3. User-Generated Content
You may upload songs, profiles, events, and related materials.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have proper licensing to share the content
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
⚠️ ORE.FM assumes no responsibility or liability for any copyrighted or infringing content uploaded by users.
All responsibility lies solely with the account holder who uploaded the content.
We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload copyrighted material you do not own or control
- Use bots, scrapers, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ORE.FM at our discretion, without prior notice, especially in cases of policy violation.
6. Disclaimers
ORE.FM is provided “as is” with no guarantees. We don’t guarantee:
- That the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted
- That all music uploaded is safe, legal, or properly licensed
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ORE.FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- All liability for uploaded content falls on the uploading user
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of ORE.FM after changes means you accept the revised terms.
